The New Ayurvedic Lifestyle Course is available as an ONLINE DISTANCE Course:

In order to share our knowledge with the public, we are now offering a range of Awareness Programs, that aim at providing insights into Ayurveda, Yoga, Hindu Spirituality and Astrology for the general public.

*Along with the Course, you will also be able to receive a Free Ayurvedic Astrology Consultation and discussion of any disorders you yourself may be suffering from, which is rarely available with other Ayurvedic Courses.


This Course can be done by anyone in any part of the world, and there is no time-limit to finishing it, although 2-3 months should give you plenty of time!


This Course will use our E-Book version of "Foundations of Ayurveda" as it's reference, and will be included as part of the Course.

Course Paricipants are also welcome to have Astrological Consultations and Ayurvedic Online Consultations with us are reduced rates.

The Aim of this Course is to Introduce you to the Fundamentals of Ayurveda, so that you can begin to Live Ayurveda. This is the foundation for many people:
